HOTELS
Hotel rooms for members of the National Committee and their spouses will be fully complementary! Details below:
Complementary hotel rooms cover the nights of Nov 13, 14, and 15.
Registration is required to confirm your room.
When registering, all attendees are required to pay a $50 deposit, which will be fully refunded upon arrival in Honolulu.
All complementary rooms will be double occupancy.
Members of the national committee may bring their spouse (husband or wife) at no charge.
During ticket registration, you can request a preferred roommate.
Attendees may book their own, solo room in the room block (link TBD).
Attendees may book extended stays, 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, at their own expense.
PROXIES
If you cannot attend, please click here to submit a proxy to represent you at the meeting. If you are applying as a proxy, you must submit the official proxy form PRIOR to registration otherwise your registration will be rejected.
